DMCA Policy

Liam Payne Tmz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Liam Payne Tmz will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Liam Payne Tmz service if such claims are reported to Liam Payne Tmz's Designated Copyright Agent as identified in the sample notice below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through Liam Payne Tmz by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Liam Payne Tmz's Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Liam Payne Tmz to locate the material.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Liam Payne Tmz to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Liam Payne Tmz will forward it to the complaining party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The complaining party then has 10 business days to inform Liam Payne Tmz that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Liam Payne Tmz. If Liam Payne Tmz does not receive such notification within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Liam Payne Tmz may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • The subscriber's physical or electronic signature.
